Simon PLC Attorneys & Counselors is seeking Senior Commercial Litigation Attorneys to join our growing trial and litigation practice. This is a full-time or part-time position for an experienced attorney who thrives in complex, high-stakes matters and is comfortable taking ownership of sophisticated cases.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial litigation experience, be admitted to practice in Michigan, and bring strong courtroom judgment, strategic thinking, and leadership to our litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to handle significant matters, collaborate closely with seasoned litigators, and play a meaningful role in trial strategy, client counseling, and case development.

Compensation is highly competitive and negotiable based on experience, with annual performance reviews and bonus and/or raise opportunities. While a book of business is not required, candidates with one will be considered.
