Simon PLC Attorneys & Counselors is seeking a Receivership Analyst / Project Manager to join our expanding receivership practice. This is a full-time or part-time position for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in complex financial, operational, and asset management environments.

This role supports court-appointed receiverships by overseeing asset administration, financial analysis, reporting, and project coordination across a wide range of matters. The ideal candidate has experience working on receiverships, whether through a law firm, financial institution, consulting practice, or related environment, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating with attorneys, courts, and stakeholders.

Compensation is highly competitive and negotiable based on experience, with annual performance reviews that include bonus and or raise opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare, PTO, a matching employer contribution to 401(k), and short-term disability.
