Chris Van Mullem holds a law degree from Western Michigan University and an MBA with a real estate finance specialization from the University of Wisconsin.

Chris has led real estate development teams in Texas and Arizona, leading land development and vertical construction on various multi-million-dollar projects.

Chris has over 15 years of legal and financial analysis and is both a licensed attorney and Certified Fraud Examiner. His real estate experience includes investment analysis, acquisitions and disposition experience, project and asset management, development, and capital markets experience.

As a former loan portfolio officer, he was responsible for financial analysis and risk reporting on a $250,000,000 loan portfolio.
