The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Managing Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will guide clients through high-stakes restructuring and turnaround situations, while also driving business development and shaping the future of our firm. This is a high-impact position for a proven leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client engagements in turnaround, restructuring, and fiduciary roles (Chapter 11, receiverships, cash flow optimization).
• Build and manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to owners, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Originate and close new engagements through referral networks and direct outreach.
• Mentor and develop consulting staff while enhancing firm practices and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, turnaround, restructuring, or financial advisory.
• Strong financial modeling and restructuring expertise.
• Proven track record of winning business and building relationships.
• Advanced degree or credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing presence.
