The Commercial Receivers Association is proud to have several members active in the Uniform Law Commission’s Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors Committee.  With the Uniform Law Commission’s Annual Conference being held in Boston the CRA is inviting those engaged in receiverships in the Boston area to join us for a happy hour at The Street Bar at The Newbury Boston.  Come learn more about the CRA, enjoy some cocktails and network with other area professionals.
