Join us for a panel discussion on Valuation: Preparing for and Addressing Issues in Insolvency and networking and cocktails to follow. The CRA has partnered with TMA Chicago/Midwest as a part of our launch and will cover the cost of those registered through our registration link below.
Join us for networking and an educational panel focused on common valuation issues seen from different perspectives in the insolvency and bankruptcy process. Valuation issues in insolvency can arise related to a specific asset or collateral, the true value of a business as a whole, or valuation of securities and cash flow streams. Attendees will hear from experts in business valuation and asset valuation on methods and best practices for working with a valuation analyst, as well as from stakeholders such as financial advisors and lenders on strategy and resolution of complex valuation issues. Learn how best to approach and successfully address challenging valuation issues in insolvency and bankruptcies.
